"I'm Juan-Manuel Guajardo — a licensed Real Estate Agent based in Porterville, California. I'm also a husband to my beautiful wife Edith, and a proud father to our son, Santiago.
I approach my work with the same mindset I bring to life: be intentional, be relentless, be strategic, stay grounded in your values, and do things the right way — even when it’s not the easiest way. I believe selling or buying a home are two of the most meaningful decisions a person can make, and I take that responsibility seriously.
I’m not here to push paperwork — I’m here to help people make confident, well-informed decisions that align with their long-term goals. My background blends strategic thinking with a commitment to clear communication, ethical service, and a high attention to detail. I care deeply about helping others feel informed, in control, and supported throughout the entire process.
When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my family, drinking coffee, enjoying a good bourbon, golfing, or quietly working on becoming better at my craft and as a man of faith, husband, and father.
